Get to Know Me

Hello! My name is Bee and "Sunday Healings" was the name of my first group therapy sessions, and that’s where it all began. Meditation and mindfulness had become a cornerstone of my daily life, and I felt a deep calling to share the insights and tools that had helped me cultivate inner peace and harmony.

I started small—hosting Sunday healing sessions for a few of my mom’s friends who were interested. Word quickly spread, and before I knew it, people from all over the city were reaching out, eager to join.

I remember a woman who had just lost their parent decided to come to the session as a way to find support. After many sessions she opened up and allowed herself to grieve as the rest of the group held the space for her. She remembers that experience as a positive moment in her healing journey as it allowed her to share the pain and be acknowledged for her suffering. She found refuge in the healing sessions, as we all did, allowing our pains to unravel as we breathe in the first glimmer of peace and stillness, unburdened by the heavy weight of our grief and traumas.

As I continued to guide meditations and group healings, I realized that many of the stories shared in the safe space of my living room were rooted in deep trauma and pain. I wanted to help on a deeper level, but I knew I needed to expand my knowledge to do so effectively.

That realization led me to pursue a degree in Psychology, and I am now furthering my expertise through Clinical Hypnotherapy. We all have exactly what we need to heal from within, it’s about realizing how incredibly strong and wonderful we are, not fixing something that is broken, for nothing was broken to begin with.
